Customer must provide link or advertisement.*To return a product that qualifies for our 45 day trial offer, customer must call customer service department and receive a Return Authorization number or RA before shipping unit back. In order to qualify for in-home trial, customer must try unit for at least 15 days not to exceed 45 days to qualify for return. Product must be in perfect working "like new" condition and shipped back in its original shipping carton and packing materials or it will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for the return shipping arrangements and will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways and any applicable insurance. Any returns that have not been assigned a RA # prior to shipment, will not be accepted. Upon satisfactory completion of such terms, a refund of the purchase price, less the actual cost of original shipping, and applicable fees assessed by manufacturer will be issued to customer within approximately 10-14 business days. Refusal of shipments will cause the customer to be responsible for shipping to and from their location. All deposits and layaways are refundable within 24 hours of order being placed. After 24 hours, deposits and layaways will not be refunded, but may be used as credits towards other purchases. On occasion, a product might be scratched or damaged during shipping. In such a case, customer should accept the product noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt. All warranties are backed by and are superseded by manufacturers warranties. If equipment is used in an environment other then as recommended by the manufacturer, warranty might be nullified. All units come with warranties. Additionally, there are varying manufacturer parts which warrant lifetime coverage. Additional coverage for you product might be available upon purchase which could extend coverage and or labor. Warranties are available as long as manufacturer is able to provide parts and is still in business. Proper installation of equipment is required. Parts must be properly installed and used to qualify for replacement. And parts damaged due to neglect or other causes are not covered. If part is not returned within 14 days, customer will be charged the cost of the part plus shipping. Lifetime warranty is only available in residential settings. Customer must provide credit card info when reporting lifetime warranty part requests which will only be used if defective part is not returned or does not qualify under the warranty coverage. If any product or part is damaged due to a lack of/or improper maintenance, such item(s) will not be covered under warranty. Please save invoice. * All Warranties pertain to original owner only with our upgraded warranty pertaining to residential or light commercial settings. Damage due to neglect, abuse or incorrect use of the machine will negate warranty. Warranty period applies only to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
